What Health Is To Me

People can not survive if they do not have good health but not everyone can afford hospital bills, and I think it is wrong that we have to pay for good health this is not something we are to pay for, good health is a necessity of life. All these are things I learned and reflected on during my Global Social Leaders Programme from 11th November - 13th November.


I want to change the fact that people die every day because they cannot afford their hospital bills. My area of focus is diabetes, over 420 million people n the world have some type of diabetes. Even though many people have diabetes it can be prevented and I want to share tips on how to prevent it.

Few Tips On How To Prevent Diabetes

  • Eat healthy foods and skip junk food

  • Be physically active

  • Eat healthy plant foods

  • Eat healthy fats

  • Lose extra weight
